Online Booking Terms & Conditions

 

Full payment is required for all online bookings in advance, at the time of booking your golf, laser or Funstation experience.

Cancellation should be made by telephone to Laser Station at the location booked. Payment for cancellations made more than 24 hours’ notice will be transferred to a future booking. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or ‘no-shows’ are fully chargeable. All bookings and any subsequent payments made to Funstation Ltd (including Volcano Falls & Laser Station) are strictly non-refundable and cannot be cancelled.

The minimum age to play at Laser Station is 6 years old.

Funstation Ltd reserves the right to cancel, amend, change or withdraw any offer or promotion at any time.

Your Online Booking

 

Once we have taken payment for your booking, we will send you a confirmation email. If you do not receive your confirmation email within 24 hours of booking, please contact the site you booked at from the list below:

You will need your booking email to collect your tickets at the venue. Entry may be refused if you do not bring your confirmation email.

 

Alterations To Your Booking

 

If you wish to change your booking at any time after you have paid please contact us by telephone or using the online form. We do not make any guarantees and we do not offer refunds. If we are able to change your booking, they will confirm this over the phone.
